LAUNCH OFFER 25% OFF ASSESSMENTS - ST. PAUL'S ONLY
Specialist Physiotherapy Appointments Anne Keng Physio
Your first session is all about understanding you and your goals. During your initial assessment, we will take the time to discuss your concerns and medical history, assess how your body moves, identify the root cause of your issue, and explain our findings clearly. Treatment is also included, which often involves a combination of manual therapy and a personalised exercise program. You’ll leave with a clear plan and a better understanding of your road to recovery.
To celebrate the launch of our St. Paul’s location, we’re offering new patients a reduced rate for their first physiotherapy assessment. You’ll receive the same comprehensive 50-minute initial assessment, including treatment and a personalised rehabilitation plan.
Available exclusively to new patients at our St Paul’s location only.
Each follow-up session is designed to support your recovery. We track your progress, adjust your plan to suit your needs, and guide you with hands-on care and exercises that help you feel stronger, more confident, and moving better every step of the way.

Most private health insurance policies include an excess or session limits. If your insurer does not cover a treatment, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees. It’s a good idea to check your policy, keep track of your sessions, and make sure your coverage is up to date.
Common reasons an invoice may not be covered:
Excess Fees: Your policy may require you to pay an initial amount before coverage applies.
Unauthorised Treatments: Treatments not pre-authorised, or beyond what your insurer has approved, will need to be paid by you.
Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations: These will incur a fee, which is payable by you and cannot be claimed through insurance.
Massage Appointments: Generally, these are not covered by insuance providers; only physiotherapy sessions are eligible for coverage.
For any questions about what your insurance covers, please check directly with your provider as we don’t have access to your policy details.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens - we get it! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else. Late cancellations or missed sessions will incur a fee.
