Personal Experience. Clinical Expertise.
Having experienced significant knee injuries personally, Anne understands the physical and psychological challenges that often accompany recovery. From the frustration of setbacks to the uncertainty of returning to sport or exercise, we recognise that rebuilding confidence is just as important as restoring strength. Our rehabilitation is designed to support both, helping you return to activity feeling prepared, capable and confident.
We treat a wide range of knee conditions, including runner's knee, ACL injuries, patellar tendinopathy, meniscus injuries, ligament sprains, osteoarthritis, IT band syndrome, post-operative rehabilitation and persistent knee pain. Your assessment will identify the underlying cause of your symptoms so treatment can be tailored to your needs.
